The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, an annual gala organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) to celebrate Hong Kong’s culinary excellence, has undergone a makeover and will return this year from 1 to 30 November. After staging the event last year in the “online+offline” format to continue to broadcast Hong Kong’s appeal as a gastronomic capital to the world, the 2021 edition will bring the Festival’s chillaxing vibes into different neighbourhoods across the city. Together with the online masterclasses which offer participants precious opportunities of rare wine- tasting experiences, the event encourages the public to “taste around town” in brand new perspectives and showcases Hong Kong’s world-class wine and dine experiences to global audiences.
